i finally updated the left column, including an explanation of the site being a repository of my meanderings, interests, philosophies on life and a collection of ephemera i have come across over the years. it is a site where i can share my photographic eye, which i plan on doing more of in the future. it has provided an outlet for my passion for music, art, the environment and love for philosophical meanderings. it is an outlet for self expression and provides a certain solace for me, like the old man who sits on the same park bench everyday, here is a place i can go that has that feeling of familiarity, peace and even though it changes as the seasons change it still is that bench, that favorite path in the woods or that favorite coffee shop just down the street, it is that box with no walls, sides or a lid, that holds all and yet nothing at all....
