dharmabox is contrasts that coexist together. it is the thought processes of the mind of one who has a practiced eye for the obscure, the mundane, the profane and the philosphical ponderings that haunt my mind. it is a collection of art, word and digital ephemera both collected and created to be shared across the vast interconnectedness of both our digital and real worlds. it is a box with no walls, sides or a lid, that holds nothing and yet everything....

if you are in ghent area of norfolk.
unfortunately dharmabox free wifi
was being abused by a few people that left there comps
connected all the time dowloading illegal music 24 7.
for the first time ever, i've implemented weps
i was happy to share the bandwidth and had for many years
too bad for thoughtless people.

unfortunately i have had to stop offering free wifi in the ghent section of norfolk. there were a few people that were leaving they're computer's connected all the time downloading illegal files day and night. i would actually have to come home and reset the whole system to kick them off. it just got old, and my own bandwidth was stripped down next to nothing. i had been offering open wifi for 7 years now, and never had anyone abused it until now. for the first time i've implemented weps. if you are in need of wifi and cannot afford an internet connection, write me at my email on this page and i'll consider sharing. other than that, i don't think I'll be offering free wifi ever again.

it's certainly has been awhile since i've updated, yet life hasn't stopped at all. a new job, the boys are growing bigger, and life is good. within the past week i've gone from balmy florida weather, to a trip to the thai embassy for the a reception honoring the 80th birthday of their king on wednesday. the weather was minus two degrees celsius and we had approximately eleven and a half centimeters of snow as we arrived in washington. this is the sixth king who followed the king we know from the story “ the king and i ”. he is every bit as popular and very much loved by the vast majority of thai people. his health has not been good in recent years and though thailand has a constitutional monarch, the king is still seen as the stability of the nation.
